Return & Refund Policy

A&Z Coast always strives to maintain a strong relationship with its clients, and we want your experience to be special. To this end, we have set up a policy that meets your needs and complies with all applicable laws. The Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) is a key consumer protection law in Texas. It is found in Chapter 17 of the Texas Business & Commerce Code.

1. The period to request an exchange is 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.

2. To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email (azcoastbrasil@gmail.com) or fill out the form below.

3. Refunds may be issued as store credit (gift card) for future purchases on our online store or returned to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement. Refunds via Zelle or bank transfer will be processed within up to 7 business days.

4. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in store credit or refunds.

5. The deadline to request a return with a refund is 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, regardless of the reason (including dissatisfaction, change of mind, defects, or any other reason).

6. Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping authorization code, valid for 7 calendar days, allowing you to drop off your package at a post office free of charge within the indicated timeframe. After this period, the request will expire and be automatically canceled.

7. Returned items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and seals intact, and show no signs of wear. Any included accessories must also be returned. The original invoice must be included with the return shipment.

8. We do not accept returns of items that have been used or damaged.

9. A&Z Coast reserves the right to inspect all returned items. If the product does not meet the conditions outlined above, the return will not be accepted.

10. Items purchased from the SALE category may be returned in accordance with this return policy.

If one or more of these conditions are not met, the item(s) may be returned to the customer without prior notice. Free return shipping is only offered on the first exchange.
