BLACK FRIDAY AND FINAL SALE POLICY

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1.⁠ ⁠ALL BLACK FRIDAY SALES ARE FINAL

All items purchased as part of the A&Z Coast Black Friday promotion are considered FINAL SALE, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Due to the special promotional pricing and limited inventory, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, fit preferences, or personal preference.

Please carefully review all product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and item details before completing your purchase.

2.⁠ ⁠NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Black Friday promotional purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to sizing issues, fit preferences, or changes of mind.

If an exchange is requested and the same item is available in the desired size, A&Z Coast may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, offer an exchange.

Exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on available inventory. If the desired size or item is sold out, we cannot guarantee a replacement or exchange.

3.⁠ ⁠DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

All orders are carefully prepared before shipment. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from the item you ordered, please contact us promptly at azcoastbrasil@gmail.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs when available.

We will review your claim and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Our Final Sale policy does not waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights relating to defective merchandise or fulfillment errors.

4.⁠ ⁠ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND SHIPPING

Please review your order carefully before submitting payment. Once an order has been placed, cancellation or modification may not be possible if processing or fulfillment has begun.

All orders are subject to the shipping timelines communicated at checkout and applicable shipping laws. If an order cannot be shipped as promised, we will provide any required notice, options, or refunds in accordance with applicable law.

5.⁠ ⁠REFUNDS REQUIRED BY LAW

Except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable federal, state, or local law, Black Friday Final Sale purchases are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons described in this policy.

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive any non-waivable consumer rights or statutory protections.
